Purpose and legal basis of data processing

Data processing by Deutsche Online Agentur GmbH is carried out for contract fulfillment/technical offer preparation and for contract processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR and, if the claim is not based on a contract, in the context of the balancing of interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, whereby the legitimate interest is related to:

We can use the statistics obtained to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. The legal basis for the use of Matomo is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. No cookies are stored on your computer for this analysis.

This website uses Matomo with the "AnonymizeIP" extension. This means that IP addresses are further processed in abbreviated form, so that they cannot be directly linked to individuals. The IP address transmitted by your browser using Matomo is not merged with other data collected by us.

In order to obtain and document your consent, we use the Cookie Consent Manager from "Borlabs GmbH", based in 22305 Hamburg, Germany, in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c. The Borlabs cookie only sets technically necessary cookies.
