An exclusive investment opportunity in the heart of Thuringia

The project is specially designed to meet the needs of large investors. The entire residential quarter was planned with a focus on state-of-the-art technology, ecological sustainability and harmonious interaction with the surroundings.

 

The project vision

is the development of an urban oasis on a 50,000m² site in Gotha, which serves as a multifunctional space to combine living, working and leisure. The aim of this project is to create an innovative living space.

The city of Gotha is very interested in this development of the site and would like to see different types of use. For these reasons, we have divided the property we have already acquired into 2 construction phases and designed it more efficiently and economically by means of an innovative new development within the building boundaries.

 

The first construction phase is being developed, planned and built on an area of 19,000 m² in accordance with §34 BauGB.

is realizing an exclusive residential concept with 46apartments in thelistedclinicbuildingand 6 additional units inthe adjacent historicpharmacy.units inthe adjoininghistoric pharmacy.

In addition to the historic area, four modern apartment buildings are being built , each with two to three storeys and a staggered storey. A total of around 100 high-quality residential units are being built, and planning permission has already been granted for the majority of these units.

 

The development of the second construction phase is taking place in the development plan procedure (B-plan procedure) in close coordination with the Gotha city council. A sustainable urban quarter is being created on an area of around 30,000 m², which will create additional living space for around 300 residential units and integrate modern residential and commercial space.

As part of the development plan process, the legal basis for the use of the area is determined. Particular attention is paid to harmonious and future-oriented urban development.
